1. General
The mass flowmeter of the LZYN series (hereinafter referred to as LZYN) is designed according to the Coriolis principle. It can be widely used for process detection and custody transfer/fiscal unit in many industries, such as petroleum, petrochemical industry, pharmacy, paper making, food and energy, etc.
As a kind of quite advanced flow measuring instrument, the measuring circle has been paid attention to and accepted by many domestic and foreign customers.
2. Principle
LZYN is designed according to the Coriolis force principle. Under the effect of alternating current, the magnet and coil installed in the measuring tube will make two parallel measuring tubes vibrate according to a fixed frequency. Once there is flow passing through the pipes, the Coriolis force will result in deflection (phase change) in the vibration of two pipes and the deflection of the vibration is directly proportional to the mass flow of fluid. Collect them and the mass flow rate could be calculated.
The vibration frequency of the measuring tube is determined by the total mass of the measuring tube and the internal fluid. When the fluid density changes, the vibration frequency of the measuring tube will also change, as a result, the fluid density can be calculated.
The temperature transducer installed in the pipeline can detect the fluid temperature in time under the coordination of the measuring circuit.

3.1 Allows direct measurement of the mass flow rate of the fluid in the pipe without changing any parameters, which avoids some measurement errors of the intermediate links. Its mass flow rate can be of high accuracy and good repeatability within a wider range of turndown ratio.
3.2 The measured fluid can be more extensive, such as steady and uniform flow of the common viscosity fluid, high viscosity fluid, non-Newtonian fluid, suspension containing some solid components and liquid containing trace gas.
3.3 Due to the small vibration, the measuring tube of the LZYN can be regarded as a non-moving part, which will reduce the maintenance of the flowmeter, improve the stability and service life.
3.4 In addition to mass flow measurement, density and temperature and even consistency can also be collected and generated.

2. Principle and construction
This mass flow meter works on the principle of the Coriolis force. An electromagnetic oscillator excites a pair of flux tubes fixed at both ends to keep the oscillation at a reasonable frequency. A tisit of these flow tubes takes place in proportion to the mass flow rate of the process material, which is detected by the electromagnetic pockoff on the right and left. The transmitter then sends its outputs to the receiving instrument as a mass flow signal.
